Our Services

Accounting & Bookkeeping. We are QuickBooks Online Advanced Certified ProAdvisors. We offer expert setup and training, as well as strategic advice and planning. Full bookkeeping services are also available.
Tax. Our owner, Joe Bedford, is an Enrolled Agent (EA). We specialize in expert consultation, preparation, and filing of tax returns for individuals and businesses, as well as representation of taxpayers before the IRS.
Payroll. We offer payroll support through QuickBooks Online.

About Us

Our owner, Joe Bedford, is an Enrolled Agent. This means that not only is he a registered tax return preparer, but he is also enrolled to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. Enrolled Agents have demonstrated significant tax knowledge by successfully completing a 12-hour written examination. They are granted unrestricted rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS, have demonstrated special competence in tax matters, adhere to ethical standards, and are required to stay current with tax law and regulations by completing a minimum amount of continuing education annually.

We are experts in our field. While CPAs have more stringent educational requirements than EAs, please keep in mind that not all CPAs specialize in taxes, but EAs all do. Also, EAs have the exact same unlimited representation rights before the IRS as CPAs. Additionally, EAs are federally licensed, so they can represent taxpayers in all 50 states. CPAs are licensed by their states, so they may not be able to represent all out-of-state taxpayers.
